BAFA
The Federal Office for Economic Affairs provides direct grants for energy consulting and individual renovation measures.

iSFP Bonus
With an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP), you receive 5% additional funding on individual measures — since the BEG reform of July 21, 2026, above an eligible investment volume of €30,000. This can quickly make a difference of several thousand euros.
